Bishop Dr. Lebo Rathedi is the Founder and Presiding Bishop of Redeemers Voice Ministries, a devoted servant of God whose life and ministry are centred on prayer, the Word of God, leadership, mentorship and the transformation of lives.
For 20 years, she served faithfully as a Reverend, dedicating herself to preaching the Gospel, pastoral ministry, prayer, teaching and the spiritual development of God’s people. In 2025, she was consecrated as a Bishop of the Church, marking a significant milestone in her journey of service and ministry.
A Life Dedicated to Prayer
Prayer is at the heart of Bishop Dr. Rathedi’s ministry. Through social media platforms, she has developed a consistent prayer ministry that reaches people beyond geographical boundaries.
She leads believers in prayer at 12 midnight, 3:00 a.m. declarations, and 6:00 a.m. morning prayers, creating opportunities for people from different places to begin and end their days in the presence of God.
Through these prayer gatherings, she encourages believers to seek God, stand on His Word, pray for their families and communities, and approach every season with faith and expectation. Her prayer ministry has become an important part of her public ministry, connecting people across Botswana and beyond through the power of digital platforms.
A Voice in National Prayer
In 2025, Bishop Dr. Lebo Rathedi was invited to preach at Bible Life Ministry during the Botswana National Prayer, where she ministered on the theme “Unity and Purpose.” Her participation reflected her commitment to prayer, spiritual unity and the responsibility of the Church to contribute positively to the nation.

Bishop Dr. Rathedi describes her ministry as a calling to serve God and His people. Her passion is to see individuals discover their identity, understand their purpose and become effective in their families, churches, communities and spheres of influence.
